This complete edition is the result of 15 years of research by the Van Gogh Museum and the Huygens Institute. It contains letters Vincent van Gogh wrote to and received from his brother Theo, his artist friends Paul Gauguin and Émile Bernard, and many others.
The letters are richly annotated and illustrated, with new transcriptions and English translations.
