Biografie:

Marja de Keuning studied History and Law at Leiden University. Since November 1984 she has been working for the Koninklijk Nederlands Historisch Genootschap (KNHG) where she is editing secretary of the Bijdragen en Mededelingen betreffende de Geschiedenis der Nederlanden/ Low Countries Historical Review (BMGN/LCHR). Her responsibilities consist of editing texts and preparing the text for printing. At the same time, she is partly responsible for the selection of the books to be the reviewed as well as the reviewers. Since 1984 she is member of the final editorial staff of the Nederlandse Historisch Bronnen series. In the period 2002-2006 she also worked on the Repertorium Geschiedenis Nederland, which has now merged with the Digitale Bibliografie Nederlandse Geschiedenis (DBNG). From March 1 2016 Marja is connected to the projects Maritiem Portal and Nieuwe Maritieme Geschiedenis van Nederland as web editor/project coordinator/editorial secretary.
